In your welcome email you will find a dedicated email for these events. They occur if you for instance try to login in ftp with false credentials for 15x within 5 minutes. Our security measurements than block your IP serverwide and you will not be able to reach any site on GWS-servers. You can use the email fromthe welcome message or go to an Internet cafe or the local nearby coffeeshop and send a message to support after login (you login from another ip in that case so have access. We than unblock the IP if the reasons for the block are obvious which they always are in principle. We will unblock and inform you through a ticket for the reasons that our systems have blocked you.
