When applicable the transfer needs to be requested through a Ticket to be filed to the transfer division. We will send you an email with a form to be filled out related to the current site location and other access details. The site transfer for specific packages is valid for 30 days after your have purchased a servce. After that the transfer fees as stated on our pricelist are valid
